Caixa Catalunya ha comprado el 50% de la promotora Armilar-Procam, con lo que ha pasado a tener el 100% de la sociedad para garantizar su continuidad a medio plazo, según han comentado a Efe fuentes del sector.
Procam ha sido históricamente el brazo inmobiliario de la caja, entidad que se asoció con Armilar, vinculada al promotor Manuel Martín López, en 1998. Diez años después Caixa Catalunya ha tomado la totalidad de la sociedad, si bien una parte de los activos se han segregado para que los fundadores sigan con su actividad.

Caixa Catalunya has bought 50% of the promoter Armilar-Procam, with what Caixa Cataluyna has now the 100% of the company to guarantee the medium-term continuity.
Procam has been historically the real-estate arm of Caixa Catalunya and associated with Armilar (company of the promoter Manuel Martín López) in 1998. Ten years later Caixa Catalunya has taken the totality of the company, though a part of the assets have been segregated in order that the founders continue with the activity.
